How do I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order at support@bijenkarfs.com. After this time, we will not be able to process any changes.
What if I'm not home?
If you are not home, we will attempt delivery again the next day. Alternatively, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date (depending on your chosen country and delivery method).
If your package cannot be delivered, you may need to collect it from your local post office.
How do I track my order?

What is a pre-order? Can I cancel a pre-order?
A pre-order is an item you order before it is in stock. You can cancel your order before it is processed. To cancel, please email support@bijenkarfs.com.
I ordered a set of in-stock items and a set of pre-order items. Will they be shipped separately?
We will ship all items as soon as they are available. Would you like to receive the in-stock items first and then the pre-order items? Please send an email to support@bijenkarfs.com.
What is your return policy?
We offer a convenient 14-day return policy.
Items must be in their original condition, with return labels and hygiene seals intact. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.

How do I request a return?

We offer a convenient 14-day return policy. To request a return, simply send an email to support@bijenkarfs.com using the email address you used when placing your order. Please send the email within 14 days of receiving your package.
Upon receiving your return, we will send you a new item or issue a refund.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend that you return items via registered mail and retain tracking information.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
